Basically, I like white snus that does not harm the teeth somewhere around 16mg, or now the fashion for POD systems has gone and I also really like them. But, despite the preface, I am aware of the harm of nicotine. Now I want to start a serious training cycle for increasing muscle mass and cutting further. What negative effect will nicotine produce for THIS purpose? Or do not care at all?
