When will withdrawal syndrome end?
I quit smoking cigarettes 54 days ago, at first I replaced cigarettes with snus, I have not quit snus for 20 days now. All this time I've been quitting smoking, I've been having stool problems. Either constipation, then diarrhea, then everything returns to normal and again after a few days diarrhea, then constipation and again on a new one. How much longer to wait? And is this exactly the withdrawal syndrome I was told? I drank polysorb, coal, imodium, smecta - nothing helped, I also drink Linex and the effect is also zero

Not yours. Haven't matured yet. Apparently forced to quit something. When you yourself understand - quit in a couple of days and without torment. I should have read Carr's book. Helps - I know cases, personally saw.
