19 years old, smoked for 6 years, quit because he began to experience panic attacks and after smoking he felt in his hands as if his hands were lying down. I recently used snus with a high nicotine content and felt the same thing, as if my hands were lying down, it seems to me that there is something with blood circulation and blood vessels, I just want to know if I can live with this if I never smoke again, don’t throw snus, or can it be treated somehow? Ps: I haven't had a panic attack in a long time.
