I had to go to a fight with a guy, and because of this, I was very nervous during the day, I was even shaking and in a lethargic state, but I tried to calm myself, as a result, the fight ended in my favor and I returned to my stable state. After that, for 3-4 months, for three days, this state has visited me 3-4 times. trembling at the thought of a fight, even when I was just at home, despite the fact that before that I had fought a lot with much stronger opponents on the street and so on. I fight to this day in the hall without fear, this feeling in terms of a fight left me, but the symptoms all remained about without thoughts of a fight, I also recently changed my religion.
