Help find an alternative to snus
I started using all sorts of things for a short-term "high" quite a long time ago, I smoked, threw, etc. I quit smoking, now I throw snus, I feel that there is no addiction, and I can quit calmly, but without this relaxation, life becomes meaningless, about hobbies, I have a lot of them, but it doesn’t help either, school is exhausting, that without a kid you walk like a zombie the rest of the day, I just don’t want to get addicted and I feel that it’s not mine. What would you recommend, how to feel more energetic, etc.
