Stomach problems!
I recently started having stomach problems. There are no illnesses and never have been. I don’t eat chemicals because I go to the gym. The food ration is good. But for some reason, stomach problems began. Diarrhea sometimes, swelling, gases. Some kind of disorder. There is one possibility that this is due to chewing tobacco. I quit smoking and switched to snus (chewing tobacco). I hold it under my lip for 2 minutes and spit it out. I never swallow saliva after snus. Then I rinse my mouth. I don't think snus is the issue here. Can indigestion be caused by stress? Please help me find the cause! !
